摘要
从厂房环境智能控制实际出发,介绍了空调系统的工作原理及空调控制系统的要求。对表冷阀、加热阀、加湿阀采用PID(Proportion Integration Differentiation)分程控制的方法,解决了PID计算结果由哪个阀来执行的问题;文章还介绍了当实际温度高于设定温度时,如何控制表冷阀和加热阀;同时表冷阀也关系到湿度的调节,介绍了当湿度低时,如何控制表冷阀和加湿阀。温度与湿度控制各采用一套PID算法进行计算控制,为厂房环境温湿度控制提供了参考和思路。
This paper is based on the intelligent control of plant environment,introduces the working principle of air conditioning system and the requirements of air conditioning control system. Using the method of Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID) split control to control cooling coil valve,heater valve and heating valve,and to solve the problem of which valve to carry out the PID calculation results. When the actual temperature is higher than the set temperature,how to control the cooling coil valve and heater valve. At the same time,the cooling coil valve is also related to humidity regulation,when the humidity is low,how to control the cooling coil valve and heating valve. The above problems are also discussed in this paper. Temperature and humidity control are respectively using a set of PID algorithm for calculation and control,which provides a reference and ideas for the factory environment temperature and humidity control.
