凤凰县烟叶感官品质区域特征分析

Regional Characteristic Analysis on Sensory Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco from Fenghuang County

为明确凤凰县烟叶感官品质区域特征,以凤凰县2014年的烟叶样品为材料,对其烟叶感官品质进行了评价分析。结果表明:(1)凤凰县烟叶香气质尚好,香气量尚充足,稍透发;烟气尚细腻,尚柔和,稍圆润;刺激性和干燥感有,余味尚净稍舒适,稍有木质气,微有青杂气和枯焦气。(2)凤凰县不同乡镇之间烟叶感官品质存在差异,其烟叶香气质、香气量、透发性、青杂气、木质气、烟气柔和程度、余味分值等感官质量指标与湘西烟区其他县存在显著差异。(3)凤凰县烟叶感官品质弱于桂阳县和津巴布韦烟叶。

In order to ascertain the regional characteristics of the flue - cured tobacco from Fenghuang county,the tobacco sensory quality of the samples from Fenghuang county in 2011 were analyzed. The results were showed as follows ： 1） The tobacco from Fenghuang county were provided with goodish quality of aroma,still enough quantity of aroma,slightly diffu-siveness, little smoothness,little softness,little mellowness,little irritancy, little dryness, little purity, easiness after taste,lit-tle ligneous, tiny green odour and scorched odour. 2 ） There was a little difference in the sensory quality of flue - cured to-bacco from different towns of Fenghuang county. There were significant differences among the different counties for the aro-ma quality, aroma quantity,diffusiveness, green odour,little ligneous, softness and after taste. 3 ） The sensory quality of flue -cured tobacco from Fenghuang county were inferior to Zimbabwe and Guiyang county.
