血管生成素-1与急性期脑梗死病灶周围侧支循环建立的相关性探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血管生成素-1与急性期脑梗死病灶侧支循环建立是否存在相关性。方法收集符合入组标准患者99例,根据入院时脑灌注加权成像(PWI)结果,分成脑侧支循环建立组与脑灌注不足组,其中脑灌注不足组又分成尤瑞克林干预组与非尤瑞克林干预组。3组第1天和第10天分别查血管生成素-1水平。结果 (1)血管生成素-1水平脑侧支循环建立组[(84.50±38.31)ng/m L vs.(111.00±53.10)ng/m L]和尤瑞克林干预组[(74.45±53.48)ng/m L vs.(103.97±61.53)ng/m L]第1、10天各自组内比较差异有统计学意义(t=-4.450、-3.864,P<0.05),而非尤瑞克林干预组[(81.94±44.61)ng/m L vs.(104.85±56.07)ng/m L]组内差异无统计学意义(t=-1.756,P>0.05)。(2)血管生成素-1水平第1天、第10天脑侧支循环建立组与灌注不足组组间以及尤瑞克林干预组与非尤瑞克林干预组组间比较,差异无统计学意义。(3)第1天血管生成素-1水平与磁共振PWI参数r CBV、r CBF、MTT均无相关性(r=-0.002、0.075、-0.139)。结论未发现血管生成素-1与急性期脑梗死侧支循环建立存在相关性。 Objective Investigate whether there is correlation between Ang-1 and the establishment of collateral circulation in acute cerebral infarction. Methods 99 patients were collected,ultimately the 99 cases were into the group. All the patients were performed on the head MR within24 hours. According to the PWI, all the patients were divided into the cerebral collateral circulation group and the cerebral hypoperfusion group, the latter was divided into the Urinary Kallidinogenase intervention group and non intervention group. All patients were checked the angiopoietin-1 and do it again after 10 days. Results(1)There was statistically significant difference between 1 day and 10 days both in the cerebral collateral circulation group [(84.50±38.31)ng/m L vs.(111.00±53.10)ng/m L, t=-4.450, p〈0.05] and the Urinary Kallidinogenase intervention group [(74.45±53.48)ng/m L vs.(103.97±61.53)ng/m L, t=-3.864,p〈0.05]. But no statistically significant existed in the non urinary kallidinogenase intervention group [(81.94±44.61)ng/m L vs.(104.85±56.07)ng/m L, t=-1.756, p〉0.05].(2) In the first day No statistically significant difference was found between the cerebral collateral circulation group and cerebral hypoperfusion group, so did the Urinary Kallidinogenase intervention group and non intervention group.There were no statistically differences between the Urinary Kallidinogenase intervention group and non intervention group after 10 days. The increases between 1 day and 10 day was no statistically significant between the Urinary Kallidinogenase intervention group and non intervention group.(3)The level of the Ang-1 was not correlated with r CBV, r CBF and MTT in the first day(r=-0.002、0.075、-0.139). Conclusion There isn't correlation between Ang-1 and the establishment of collateral circulation in acute cerebral infarction according to the cases.
