强制戒毒所结核病科学管理与规范治疗方法探索

目的分析探索强制戒毒所结核病的管理规范与方法。方法通过对2015~2016年间鄂州市强制戒毒所结核病的防治工作情况进行总结分析,从而对于强制戒毒所结核病的治疗与控制情况进行综合评价分析。结果采用科学管理、规范化治疗、严格筛查监督、有效转介,使鄂州市强制戒毒所对于结核病的控制与治疗能力得到明显提高,减少监狱结核病的发病与传播,提高了戒毒人员结核病治病疗效,在此基础上,总结出对于强制戒毒所结核病防治管理模式与心得体会。结论强制戒毒所结核病的治疗与控制工作任重道远,只有进一步规范强化结核病的防治管理模式,加大医疗人员和设备的投入,努力提高结核病的诊疗水平与政府管控力度,才能长远有效地控制强戒所结核病的发病与传播,使我国强制戒毒所结核病的防治工作更加科学规范有效。

Objective Analysis and explore of the treatment of tuberculosis in compulsory detoxification management norms and methods.Methods Through the analysis of the prevention and control of tuberculosis in compulsory detoxification centers in Ezhou from 2015 to 2016, the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the treatment and control of tuberculosis in compulsory detoxification centers was carried out. Results The use of scientific management, standardized treatment, strict screening and supervision, effective referral, Ezhou compulsory treatment center for tuberculosis control and treatment capacity has been significantly improved to reduce the incidence and spread of tuberculosis in prison, improve the treatment of tuberculosis treatment of drug addicts, on this basis, summed up the mandatory treatment of tuberculosis prevention and treatment management model and experience. Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the management model of tuberculosis prevention and control, increase the investment of medical personnel and equipment, and strive to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis and the intensity of government regulation and control, in order to effectively control the strong anti-tuberculosis of the incidence and spread, so that compulsory treatment of tuberculosis prevention and control work more scientific and normative and effective.
