摘要
结合一起客梯冲顶事故,通过对涉事电梯制动器进行拆卸.观察其内部机械结构损伤特征,对电梯制动器机械部件失效有关问题进行了深入的分析。结果表明,制动器松闸装置设计制造缺陷、铁心磨损导致铁心复位时产生机械卡阻,从而导致制动能力失效。结合制动器失效原因分析。对制动器设计制造、型式试验、检验及日常维护保养环节给出了具体建议,以期减少类似事故的发生。
Combined with an accident of hitting to the shaft ceiling of passenger elevator, related issues of failure of the elevator brake mechanical structure are analyzed in depth by observing the damage characteristics of the internal mechanical structure. The results show that the brake release device is designed and manufactured with defects, and the electromagnetic iron core wear causes the mechanical blockage when the core is reset, which leads to the failure of the brake. Combined with causes of brake failure analysis, specific suggestions of design and manufacture of brake, type test, inspection and routine maintenance are given to reduce the occurrence of similar incidents.
