生物炭对小鼠的毒性作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究生物炭对小鼠亚急性毒性作用,以水稻秸秆制备的生物炭为原料,将30只体重18~22g的雌性小鼠随机分成4组,即水稻秸秆生物炭低、中、高剂量组和对照组,按小鼠体重3750、7500、15000mg·kg-1剂量灌胃处理,对照组用等体积的蒸馏水代替,连续灌胃28d,检测小鼠的慢性中毒症状、生长发育、血常规指标、内脏器官系数以及组织器官病理变化等。结果表明:连续灌胃4周水稻秸秆生物炭对小鼠的临床中毒症状,体重、采食量、血常规指标、内脏器官系数以及组织病理学变化均无显著影响(p>0.05)。本试验提示,生产上合理使用生物炭不会对靶动物产生毒性作用。 The experiment was conducted to evaluate the sub-acute toxicity of biochar in mice. A total of female 30 Kingming mice weighting at 18-22 were allotted randomly to four groups including three rice straw biochar-treated groups (high, middle and low dose) and one control group. Rice straw biochars were administrated orally at dose of 15000, 7500 and 3750mg*kg-1 respectively, and in control group, mice were treated 0.9% normal saline. Chronic toxic symptoms, body development, blood routine index, organ index, and histopathological changes in mice were detected. The results showed that there was no significantly different in chronic toxic symptoms, body weight, food intake, blood routine index, organ index, and histopathological changes of biochar-treated groups compared with control. All these results suggest that rational use of biochar in production will not cause toxicity effect on target animals.
