从最新版《中国共产党历史(第一卷)》对王明的重新评价可以见出:历史人物的评价一定要结合时代需要和历史发展进行综合考虑,要了解历史人物活动的时代背景;对历史人物的评价要坚持辩证的观点,一分为二地分析历史人物的功过;要定性分析和定量分析相结合,正确判断历史人物的阶级属性;要全面评价历史人物在历史上的地位和贡献。

By the evaluation on Ming Wang in the latest edition of The History of Chinese Communist Party(Vol.1), we can see that: firstly, the evaluation of historical figures must be combined with the needs of the times and the historical development,namely, the background of historical figures must be understood; secondly, the dialectical viewpoints must be held to evaluate historical figures, namely, their merits and demerits must be discussed; thirdly, both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis must be combined to correctly judge the class attribute of the historical figures; finally, the historical status and contribution of historical figures must be comprehensively evaluated.
