21世纪,树立互联互通、共享共治的国际互联网观,建立多边、民主的互联网治理体系显得尤为重要。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央从网络安全稳定、网络基础设施、网络文化交流、网络经济发展、网络空间治理等方面提出了一系列重大的新论断、新要求。习近平同志的国际互联网观主要体现在保障网络安全稳定有序、创建全球信息基础设施、打造网上文化交流平台、推动网络经济创新发展强化国际网络空间治理等五个方面。

In 21 th century, it would be particularly important to set up the connectivity and sharing international internet view and establish the multilateral and democratic internet system. Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put forward a series of new inferences and new requirements on the aspects of network security and stability, network infrastructure, network culture exchange, network economy development and cyberspace management. Xi Jinping's outlook on international internet mainly embodies in following five aspects: guaranteeing internet security, stability and order, establishing global information infrastructure, building on-line communication platform,promoting internet economy creation and development, intensifying cyberspace management.
