摘要 "主题公园"作为旅游产品中一项重要的内容,日益受到游客和投资者的欢迎,然而,来自高成本的压力、同行的竞争和较低的服务水平,制约了"主题公园"产业的健康持续发展。培养高素质的服务与管理人才队伍,提供高质量的服务成为成功的重要因素。通过对"主题公园"人才需求特点分析,结合中国旅游教育发展现状,提出"主题公园"发展需与旅游职业教育相融合,与院校建立订单班等共同培养储备人才,根据青年学生特点,利用新媒体新科技精准招聘,最终做好从"育人、选人"到"用人"。 The theme park as an important part of the tourism products is increasingly welcomed by tourists and investors, and yet, its healthy and sustainable development is restricted under the pressure of high cost, peer competition and low service quality. The availability of high-quality service personnel and the capability of offering high-quality services are key to the success of this industry. This paper tries to examine the characteristics of the personnel demand of theme parks and the development of China's tourism education. It, therefore, assumes that its development can be integrated into tourism vocational education by signing contracts with colleges concerned. New media can be used to recruit workers in line with students' properties to establish an approach from "education, selection" to "employment".
