摘要
工匠文化是高职院校文化育人的应有之义和价值诉求,高职院校工匠精神的生成有其内在的规律、基础与条件,需要从环境、制度、文化、价值观等方面构建工匠精神生成的生态系统和体制机制,将工匠精神置于工匠文化体系中全面认知和系统培育,建设支撑工匠精神的物态环境文化、师生言行文化、治理体制文化、价值观文化。
The artisan culture, with its inherent rules, foundation and conditions, is a value orientation of the cultural education in higher vocational colleges. The purpose of this study is to construct an ecosystem and institutional mechanism of cultivating the artisan spirit in the aspects of environment, system, culture and values, and to put the artisan spirit into the culture system for comprehensive cognition and systematical cultivation, to be supported by the well-established material cultural environment, teachers-students' speech and act atmosphere, governance and views of value.
