摘要
本文结合国内最大玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)桁架桥——高良涧工作桥项目实施过程,对其设计标准、方法和过程进行总结。设计标准参考国内外复合材料桥梁设计标准及本项目实际需求;设计方法既需考虑复合材料力学特性又需满足桥梁设计规范的要求;桁架桥节点是本项目设计关键,对内衬增强节点构造受力分析进行优化分析。
In this paper,combined with Chinese largest glass fibre reinforced polymer( GFRP) composite truss bridge—Gaoliangjian bridge project implementation process,to summarize the design standard,method and process. Design criterion of composite Bridges at home and abroad and referring to design criteria and the project actual needs. Design method of composite material mechanism should be considered and to satisfy the requirements of bridge design code. Truss bridge node is key to the project design.The optimization analysis was carried out on the lining enhance joint structure stress analysis.
