多种超声流量计对气液两相流流量计量的试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 超声流量计广泛应用于生活供排水、农业灌溉、工业生产等领域流体流量的计量。受实际工况影响,管道内流体的流态呈现复杂多变的特点,根据具体工况准确选择流量计对保证测量结果精度、流量计更换频率具有重要影响。针对实际工况中常出现的气液两相流流态下的流量精确测量问题,通过对单声道反射式、外夹式、三声道超声流量计在该流态状态下5个典型流量值附近进行测量,将检测量值同称重法流量标准装置测量值进行对比,实现各流量计计量特性评估。试验结果表明:不同类型的流量计有着不同的使用条件和范围,对其在实际工程中的应用具有重要的指导意义,为用户使用流量计选型提供参考依据。 Ultrasonic flowmeter is widely used for flow measurement in the fields of water supply and drainage, agricultural irrigation and industrial production. As the flow regime in pipes shows complex and changeable characteristics in practical application, the correct selection of flowmeter has important influence on measurement accuracy and flowmeter replacement frequency. To the problem of accurate flow measurement in the gas-liquid two-phase flow in practical application, the metrological characteristics of mono reflection -type, external clamp and three -channel ultrasonic flowmeters in the gas -liquid two -phase flow state are evaluated near the five typical flow values in this test. Finally, the metrological characteristics of the flowmeter are evaluated through comparing the measured values by the flowmeters with the measured values by standard device with weighing method. The research results show that different types of flowmeters have different service conditions and ranges and the research has very important guiding significance for actual applications and provides a reference basis for the user to select flowmeter.
