磁力线集聚器磁场矢量选择特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有微型传感器弱磁场探测精度不高的问题,通过外置磁力线聚集器,探究该集聚器对磁场矢量的选择特性,来提高磁传感器的灵敏度。在磁力线集聚器上施加不同方向的磁场,利用ANSYS有限元软件仿真进行数值模拟,分析集聚器空气间隙磁场放大的三分量,研究该磁力线集聚器对磁场的矢量选择特性,并针对不同平面矢量磁场,分析磁力线集聚器轴向磁场强度的放大倍数,使用高磁导率材料制作磁力线聚集器。实验表明:将矢量磁场施加在不同平面,磁力线集聚器矢量选择性较好,放大特性较好,在弱磁场环境下,磁测精度有所提高。 Aiming at the problem that weak magnetic field detection accuracy of existing microsensor is low, sensitivity of magnetic sensor can be improved based on the selectivity characteristics of the concentrator to magnetic-field vector via external magnetic force concentrator. By applying magnetic field in different directions on magnetic force concentrator and carrying out numerical simulation via ANSYS finite element software, amplified three-vector values of concentrator air gap magnetic field were analysed and vector selectivity of magnetic force concentrator to magnetic field was researched. Besides, according to vector magnetic field with different planes, amplification times of axial magnetic field strength of magnetic force concentrator was also analysed and high - permeability materials were used to fabricate magnetic force concentrator. Results show that the magnetic force concentrator has good vector selectivity and amplification characteristics by applying magnetic field on different planes, and it can be used to improve the magnetic measurement accuracy under weak magnetic field.
