摘要
产品的快速识别与鉴伪对规范阿胶产品市场具有非常重要的作用。研究采用近红外光谱技术对猪皮胶、牛皮胶、驴皮胶3种阿胶产品进行检测分析,采用Fisher判别分析结合近红外光谱技术进行阿胶的分类识别研究,并构建识别模型。试验结果显示,Fisher判别分析模型预测集识别率达到100%,表明近红外光谱技术可用于阿胶产品的快速识别。
The rapid identification and authentication of donkey-hide gelatin were vital to regulate the market of donkey-hide gelatin.Near infrared spectroscopy technique was employed to detect the pig skin gelatin,oxhide gelatin,and donkey-hide gelatin.Fisher discriminant analysis based on near infrared spectroscopy was used to identify three kinds of donkey-hide gelatin and build the discrimination analysis model.Results showed that the identification rate for prediction of the Fisher discriminant analysis model was 100%.The results showed that the near infrared spectroscopy combined with Fisher discriminant analysishad a great potential for rapid identification and authentication of donkey-hide gelatin.
