高校体育专业学生运动人体科学类知识学习困境及对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Human Movement Science Knowledge Learning of College Physical Education Majors

目前我国许多高校体育专业学生运动人体科学类知识的学习境况不容乐观,严重削减了相关知识的价值和作用。基于此,通过对当前高校体育专业学生运动人体科学类课程学习的困境进行探析,指出学习中存在的主要问题,旨在提供有效的解决或改善途径。研究表明,体育专业学生运动人体科学类课程学习的困境包括:知识体系偏难、学生难以消化,实验条件不能满足实验教学需求、实验操作难以变为实践技术。针对存在的问题,建议采取以实例或案例做导入、成立课程兴趣小组、设立社会实践服务机构、深入科学研究等措施。

At present,there are many problems in the learning of human movement science knowledge of college physical education majors.These problems greatly reduce the value and significance of the related knowledge.Based on it,by analyzing the plight faced by college physical education majors in learning human movement science knowledge,the paper points out the main problems and aims for providing effective solutions or improvement approaches.Research has shown that,students are hard to digest the difficult knowledge system,the experimental conditions cannot meet the requirements of experimental teaching and experimental operation is difficult to turn into practice.For the problems that exist,we suggest taking cases or examples as introduction,setting up class interest groups,establishing social practice services and so on to improve teaching effectiveness.
