阳光长跑活动的困境与出路

Dilemma and Solutions of Sunshine Long-Distance Running

采用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法对全国亿万学生阳光体育冬季长跑活动的现状与困境进行审视,并提出相应对策。结果显示:除个别高校在认真组织阳光长跑活动外,大部分高校都处于不作为的状态,主要是在"如何开展"和"怎么确保开展"这两个方面存在问题。"APP高校阳光长跑活动模式"是引领高校阳光长跑活动走出困境的新思路。

Through the methods of literature review,interview and experiment,this paper studies the current situation and dilemma of Winter Sunshine Long-Distance Running,the sports activity of hundreds of millions students in China,and proposes suggestions towards the dilemma.The results show that： except for few universities,most of universities are in a negative and indifferent state.The main reasons are ＂how to carry out the activity＂and ＂how to guarantee the quality of operation＂.＂APP model of Sunshine Long-Distance Running in universities＂is a new idea to break through the dilemma.
