摘要
采用碳酸锰沉淀热解法进行300t/a化学二氧化锰(CMD)中试开发研究,就生产中的一些问题做了叙述,介绍了中试产品的各项技术指标。硫酸锰溶液除杂后主要金属杂质为0.1mg/L,中间产品碳酸锰的振实密度达到2.18g/cm3;产品的振实密度达到1.86g/cm3。
Pilot experiment of 300t/a chemical manganese dioxide(CMD) prepared with manganese carbonate pyrogenation oxidation overall, some problems in the course of producing CMD and information of each technology target of the products were described. Contents of various metal impurities was 0. 1mg/L in MnSO4 solution after process of removing impurity; tap density of semifinished product-manganese carbonate achieved 2.18g/cm3 ;product tap density achieved 1.86g/cm3.
