Discussion on the construction of emergency communication system for forest fire prevention in Hunan

通过省、市(州)两级指挥调度系统、数字超短波通信网络和应急通信系统构成,利用有线IP专网可以将各市独立的指挥调度中心汇接到省森林防火指挥中心,形成覆盖省、市州、县三级森林防火通信系统。

In this paper, through the provincial and municipal （state） constitute, the two level command and dispatch system, digital VHF communication network and emergency communication system, the use of wired IP network can be independent of the command and dispatch center cities connected to the provincial forest fire command center, covering the province, city and county three forest fire communication system.
