全密度反应器C-4001的制造工艺技术分析

摘要 全密度反应器由球体、锥体、筒体、裙座及其它附件组成,球体、锥体、筒体需要进行多种厚度过渡,筒体与裙座连接为异种材料焊接,制造安装质量要求高,机加工精度要求高,制造安装难度大。若制造厂内整体制造,运输将严重超限。因此,该设备制造按厂内分片(段)制造、下净料,现场组焊、热处理、检验合格的方式进行。 The FDPE reactor is composed of sphere, cone, barrel, skirt and other accessories, the sphere, cone, barrel.have several kinds of thickness transition, the connection of barrel and skirt is the dissimilar materials welding, the manufacturing and installation quality requirement is high, needs several standards in the meanwhile, machining precision is high, manufacturing and installation difficulty is high. Transportation would be severely beyond the limits if it' s manufactured inside of the factory in the way of integrated manufacturing. Therefore, the equipment was made in the way of in-factory segmentation manufacture by cutting net materials, in-site welding, heat treatment and testing till qualified.
