通过某腈纶厂冰机振动超标的实际案例,分析了状态监测技术在冰机故障判断上的应用。状态监测包括实时监测冰机在运行过程中产生的压力、噪声、振动、温度等信息,结合常见原因和设备的故障台账进行综合分析,最终为故障诊断提供依据。

With practical cases that the vibration of the refrigerator of an acrylic fiber plant exceeded standard, this paper analyzed application of condition monitoring technology in refrigerator fault diagnosis. Condition monitoring includes real-time monitoring of the information such as the pressure, noise, vibration and temperature generated by the refrigerator during operation, combined it with the common causes and the equipment fault account, finally provides the decision basis for fault diagnosis.
