摘要
对无汞碱性锌锰电池采用钢壳涂石墨胶,正极环复压的试验进行分析,探讨有关工艺技术和关键工序控制,提高无汞电池的短路电流,使无汞电池性能得到充分发挥。
By testing and analyzing the technics of coating plumbaginous glue inside steel cases and repressing of the cathode ring, the optimum processes and technology of the mercury-free alkaline manganese dioxide battery were discussed. Short circuit current of mercury-free alkaline manganese dioxide battery was increased and its performance was fully called into play.
