摘要
雌激素是一类类固醇化合物,在女性的发育期、生育期和更年期,雌激素通过中枢胆碱能、抗线粒体氧化以及抑制谷氨酸中毒途径发挥对神经元的营养、代谢及功能调节作用。雌激素水平异常可引起阿尔茨海默病、脑梗死、经前综合征、更年期抑郁症以及帕金森病等多种中枢神经系统疾病。本文综述雌激素对中枢神经系统的作用、作用机制及雌激素相关的中枢神经系统疾病。
Estrogen is one kind of steroid compounds, plays roles on nutrition, metabolism and function of the neurons in nervous system via central cholinergic mechanism, anti-mitochondrial oxidation mechanism and inhibition of glutamate poisoning pathways during the developmental, reproductive and climacteric phases of women. Abnormal estrogen levels will lead to a variety of central nervous system diseases, including Alzheimer's disease, cerebral infarction, premenstrual syndrome, involutional melancholia and Parkinson's disease. This article will focus on the role and mechanism of estrogen as well as estrogen-related diseases of the central nervous system.
