摘要
首先对碳酸铅作为铅酸电池正极铅膏材料的可行性在文献的基础上进行了循环伏安曲线的验证,并对碳酸铅作为铅酸电池正极铅膏材料的工业化进行了研究。结果表明:①直接以购买的碳酸铅和膏涂成正极板经一定的固化、化成后作为铅酸电池正极铅膏材料并应用于工业化是可行的,经化成后得到PbO2含量达到94%;②化成后的铅膏经XRD衍射分析,得到的正极活性物质全为β-PbO2;③与传统的铅膏相比,活性物质利用率提高42.56%,孔率提高42.32%。
The feasibility of PbCO3 as positive paste material of lead acid battery was ascertained at first by cycle voltammogram. The industrial applying of PbCO3 as positive paste material of lead acid battery was studied. The results showed: ① it was feasible that the bought PbCO3 pasting into positive plate and through curing and formation as positive paste material of lead acid battery applying in the industry, and content of PbO2 was 94% through formation;②the positive active material was all β-PbO2 by X-ray diffraction (XRD)analysis;③ compared with the normal paste, the utility of the positive active material was improved 42.56% and porosity improved 42.32 % .
