摘要
文章通过现浇混凝土建筑与装配式建筑施工特点简要对比分析,总结装配式建筑的优点,并结合二者成本构成的差异以及不同建筑体系对建造成本的影响,对装配式建筑成本的降低措施进行了分析与总结,进而得出装配式建筑发展对房地产价格的影响。
In this paper, through make a briefly contrastive analysis for the cast-in-place concrete building＇s and the prefabricated building＇s construction characteristic and summarizes the advantages of the prefabricated construction . Meanwhile ,combining the difference of the cost and the influence of different construction system on the construction cost ,the prefabricated construction cost reduction measures are summarized ,and then draw the development of prefabricated construction impact on the price of real estate.
