摘要
IL-22是IL-10家族的一员,由多种免疫细胞分泌。它在黏膜屏障免疫、组织再生、上皮细胞的存活和增殖中发挥重要的作用。另外,证据表明IL-22在慢性炎症中同时具有抗炎和促炎双重特性。近年来研究发现IL-22与组织纤维化的发生密切相关。本文将对IL-22在肺纤维化发病中的作用及调控机制研究进展作一综述。
Interleukin-22 (IL-22), a member of the IL-10 family, is a cytokine secreted by several types of immune cells. IL-22 plays a critical role in mucosal barrier defense, tissue repair, epithelial cell survival and proliferation. In addition, accumulating evidences have defined both anti-inflammatory and proinflammatory properties of IL-22 in chronic inflammation. Recent studies have showed that IL-22 is closely related to tissue fibrogenesis. This review elucidates the effects and regulatory mechanism of IL-22 in pulmonary fibrosis.
