Utility of transbronchial lung cryobiopsy in diagnosis of diffuse interstitial lung disease

经支气管镜冷冻肺活检技术可获取足够大的肺组织而逐渐应用于弥漫性间质性肺病的诊断过程中。气胸、手术部位出血是本操作的常见并发症，但一般是非致命性的。与传统的外科肺活检相比较，经支气管镜冷冻肺活检技术所需的住院时间短、费用低，且操作相关的并发症、死亡率更低。

Transbronchial lung cryobiopsy has been a promising diagnostic procedure for the diagnosis of diffuse interstitial lung disease. The diagnostic yield of the transbronchial lung cryobiopsy is almost similar with the traditional surgical lung biopsy. Pneumothorax and bleeding are the common complications for the transbronchial lung cryobiopsy, but they are generally manageable and not fatal. Compared to the surgical lung biopsy, the biopsy associated mortality, complications, cost and hospitalization time are lower for the transbronchial lung cryobiopsy.
