摘要 受德国绞线机的预扭装置的启发 ,通过不断地改进、完善 ,获得了一种与国内常用预扭有区别的预扭新技术 ,并且真正解决了单线反弹、松股的问题 ,达到了预扭的目的和效果。该工艺的应用 ,改善了无退扭与有退扭绞线机在绞合中的明显差异 ,使大截面、大跨越 (大长度 )钢芯铝绞线 ,特别是使钢芯高强度铝合金绞线在绞合时不再受有无退扭的绞线设备的限制。此工艺在钢芯高强度铝合金系列绞线、截面为 4 0 0 mm2及以上的钢芯铝绞线生产中的应用具有明显效果。 A new pre twisting technique, which is quite different from the commonly used pre twisting process in China, was developed based on the pre twist of German stranding machines and through repeated modification and improvement. This technique solves the problems of strand spring back and loose strands hence meets the requirements for pre twist. It shortens the difference between the stranding machines with and without back twist and makes it possible to produce large sizxe large span(length) ACSR especially ACSR with high strength aluminium wires using stranding machines with or without back twist. This technique is especially effective in producing ACSR with high strength aluminium wires and ACSR with a cross section 400 mm 2 and above.
