手足外科术后影响疼痛的环境心理因素及护理干预对策

Environmental psychological factors influencing pain after hand and foot surgery and nursing intervention measures

目的分析手足外科术后影响疼痛的环境心理因素,探讨护理对策。方法 96例手足外科手术患者为观察对象,将其随机分成观察组与对照组,每组48例。观察组采取综合护理干预,对照组采取常规护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(3.2±1.2)分,低于对照组的(4.6±1.8)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手足外科术后疼痛缓解率为93.8%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.8%,高于对照组的77.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论环境心理因素是影响手足外科术后疼痛的重要因素,综合护理干预有助于缓解疼痛,提高满意度。

Objective To analyze the environmental psychological factors influencing pain after hand and foot surgery and investigate the nursing intervention measures.Methods A total of 96 patients with hand and foot surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group received conventional nursing intervention.Nursing effect in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had lower postoperative visual analogue scale（VAS） score as（3.2±1.2） points than（4.6±1.8） points in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The observation group had higher postoperative pain relief rate of hand and foot surgery as 93.8% than 75.0% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction degree as 95.8% than 77.1% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Environmental psychological factors are important factors affecting postoperative pain in hand and foot surgery.Comprehensive nursing intervention is helpful to relieve pain and improve satisfaction degree.
