综合护理干预骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术围手术期患者临床应用研究

Clinical study on perioperative application of comprehensive nursing intervention for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty

目的探讨综合护理干预骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术围手术期患者临床疗效。方法 60例经皮椎体成形术治疗的骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者,应用信封法随机分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组应用常规护理方案,试验组在对照组基础上应用综合护理干预方案,观察两组患者生存质量及临床护理满意情况。结果试验组护理后生存质量评分为(133.42±9.26)分,明显高于对照组的(102.10±8.89)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床护理满意率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折经皮椎体成形术围手术期患者应用综合护理干预方案可明显改善患者各项生存质量水平,配合及时有效的康复锻炼,可使患者早日恢复自理能力,提高临床疗效及护理满意度,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of perioperative application of comprehensive nursing intervention for osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty.Methods A total of 60 osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty were divided by envelope random grouping method into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing regimen,and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention regimen.Observation were made on quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction condition in two groups.Results The experimental group had obviously higher perioperative quality of life score as（133.42±9.26） points than（102.10±8.89） points in the control group after nursing,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The experimental group had higher clinical nursing satisfaction degree as 93.33% than 73.33% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For perioperative patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures undergoing percutaneous vertebroplasty,comprehensive nursing intervention provides excellent clinical efficacy,and it can obviously improve the quality of life of patients,along with timely and effective rehabilitation exercise,which can promote early recovery of self-care ability,improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction degree.So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
