疼痛护理措施对腹股沟疝修补手术的患者围手术期护理意义研究

Study on perioperative nursing significance of pain nursing measures in patients with inguinal hernia repair surgery

目的探讨疼痛护理措施对腹股沟疝修补手术的患者围手术期护理的意义。方法 80例行腹股沟疝修补手术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理措施,试验组在对照组的基础上使用疼痛护理。比较两组患者0~2、2~4、4~8、8~12、12~24 h疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果试验组患者术后0~2、2~4、4~8、8~12 h VAS评分分别为(1.9±1.3)、(1.9±0.6)、(1.1±0.7)、(0.9±1.3)分,均低于对照组的(2.7±0.8)、(2.4±0.8)、(2.2±0.9)、(1.5±0.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后12~24 h VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对腹股沟疝修补手术的患者围手术期采取疼痛护理,可以明显减降低患者疼痛,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing significance of pain nursing measures in patients with inguinal hernia repair surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with inguinal hernia repair surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing measure,and the experimental group received pain nursing on the basis of the control group.Comparison were made on pain visual analogue scale（VAS） scores in postoperative 0～2,2～4,4～8,8～12 and 12～24 h between two groups.Results The experimental group had VAS scores in postoperative 0～2,2～4,4～8 and 8～12 h respectively as（1.9±1.3）,（1.9±0.6）,（1.1±0.7） and（0.9±1.3） points,which were all lower than（2.7±0.8）,（2.4±0.8）,（2.2±0.9） and（1.5±0.8） points in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Both groups had no statistically significant difference in VAS scores in postoperative 12～24 h（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Perioperative pain nursing for patients with inguinal hernia repair surgery can obviously reduce the pain of patients,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
