护理标识卡在减少神经外科重症监护室护理不良事件中的应用分析

Application analysis of nursing identification card in reducing adverse nursing events in neurosurgery intensive care unit

目的探讨护理标识卡在减少神经外科重症监护室护理不良事件中的应用效果。方法 192例2015年1~6月未应用护理标识卡的患者作为对照组,258例2015年7~12月应用护理标识卡的患者作为观察组。另选取经历过上述两阶段的23例护士作为研究对象。对比两组患者护理不良事件发生率及护士对使用护理标识卡前后护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者护理不良事件发生率为2.7%,低于对照组的20.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用护理标识卡后护士对护理工作的满意度为95.65%,高于使用前的56.52%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科重症监护室中应用护理标识卡可以使护理人员风险意识得以显著增强,使护理人员工作效率以及工作过程中的警惕性明显提高,使系列护理不良事件出现率显著降低,从而使护理质量得以显著提升。

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing identification card in reducing adverse nursing events in neurosurgery intensive care unit.Methods There were 192 patients without applying nursing identification card and receiving from January to June 2015 as the control group,and 258 patients applying nursing identification card and receiving from July to December 2015 as the observation group.Another 23 nurses experienced the above two stages were selected as the research subjects.Comparison were made on incidence of adverse nursing events and nurses＇ satisfaction degree on nursing work before and after using of nursing identification cards in two groups.Results The observation group had lower incidence of adverse nursing events as 2.7% than 20.3% in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.After using nursing identification cards,nurses had higher satisfaction degree on nursing identification card as 95.65% than 56.52% before use,and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of nursing identification card in neurosurgery intensive care unit can obviously improve the work efficiency of nurses and vigilance in the course of work,significantly reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,so as to significantly improve the quality of nursing.
