中西医治疗老年痴呆症的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease

目的探讨中西医治疗老年痴呆症的临床疗效和安全性。方法 80例老年痴呆症患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组患者均接受常规对症治疗,在此基础上,对照组使用吡拉西坦脑蛋白水解物片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用中药方剂补肾益气治呆汤方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%,高于对照组的67.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、巴氏指数(BI)评分、认知功能及记忆力评分均高于对照组,Blessed痴呆量表评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为7.5%,与对照组的5.0%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年痴呆症患者安全有效,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Alzheimer＇ s disease. Methods A total of 80 Alzheimer＇ s disease patients were divided by random number method into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received coventional symptomatic treatment. The control group was als0 treated with piracetam brain protein hydrolysate, and the observation group was treated with Chinese medicinal formulae of Bushen Yiqi Zhidai decoction on the basis of the control group. Treatment effect in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had higher treatment effective rate as 95.0% than 67.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had higher mini mental state examination （MMSE） scale, Barthel index （BI） score, cognitive function and memory score than the control group, and lower Blessed dementia scale score than the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions as 7.5%, comparing with 5.0% in the control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion It is safe and effective for the treatment of Alzheimer＇ s disease patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
