健康教育在计划生育工作中的作用及其对策

Effect of health education in family planning work and its countermeasures

目的了解健康教育在计划生育工作中的作用及其对策。方法 116例已婚女性,随机分为对照组和观察组,各58例。观察组进行宣传健康教育护理,对照组不进行宣传健康教育护理。比较两组再次妊娠率及计划外妊娠率。结果对照组再次妊娠率及计划外妊娠率分别为41.38%、82.76%,观察组再次妊娠率及计划外妊娠率分别为18.97%、65.52%,观察组再次妊娠率及计划外妊娠率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对已婚女性实施宣传健康教育护理,有助于降低再次妊娠率与计划外妊娠率,促进女性了解相关计划生育知识的重要性,从而实现了健康教育的目的。

Objective To understand the effect of health education in family planning work and its countermeasures. Methods A total of 116 married women were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 58 cases in each group. The observation group received propaganda of health education and nursing, and the control group received no propaganda of health education and nursing. Comparison were made on re-pregnancy rate and unplanned pregnancy rate in two groups. Results The control group had re- pregnancy rate and unplanned pregnancy rate respectively as 41.38% and 82.76%, which were 18.97% and 65.52% respectively in the observation group. The observation group had lower re-pregnancy rate and unplanned pregnancy rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carrying out propaganda of health education and nursing for married women can help reduce re-pregnancy rate and unplanned pregnancy rate, and promote women to understand the importance of relevant family planning knowledge, in order to achieve the purpose of health education.
