炭化温度对酚醛基活性炭纤维吸附性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 酚醛纤维经过炭化和氢氧化钾活化两个步骤制得酚醛基活性炭纤维(PACF),通过改变炭化温度,分析不同炭化温度下制得的PACF比表面积和孔道结构分布,并探究孔道结构与CO_2吸附性能之间的关系。结果表明:当炭化温度为700℃时,酚醛基活性炭纤维的比表面积达到最大值1372.26m^2/g,此时总孔容量也达到最大值0.559cm^3/g,CO_2吸附量可以高达120.5855mg/g。 Phenolic resin based activated carbon fibers (RACF) were prepared by carbonizing phenolic resin based fiber at different temperature, followed by activation treatment with KOH. The specific surface area and porous structure of RACF prepared at different carbonizing temperature were analyzed, and the relationship between porous structure and CO2 adsorption performance was also explored. The results show that when the carbonizing tempera- ture is 700℃, the specific surface area of RACF reached a maximum value of 1372.26 m2/g, the total pore volume exhibited a peak value of 0. 559 cm^2/g and the CO2 adsorption capacity can be as high as 120. 5855 mg/g.
