改性硅藻土对造纸胶黏物的吸附动力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 以硅藻土为吸附剂对造纸过程中的白水胶黏物进行吸附,为增加硅藻土的反应活性,在前期研究的基础上,用最优条件下的NaOH和PEI先后对硅藻土进行提纯改性,并对改性硅藻土吸附胶黏物的性能进行研究。热力学研究表明,改性硅藻土对胶黏物的吸附符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温式,但是比较相关系数R^2发现,对胶黏物的吸附更符合Freundlich吸附等温式。热力学研究发现改性硅藻土对胶黏物的吸附主要为物理吸附且为吸热吸附,升温利于吸附效果的改善。 Diatomite was used as absorbent to adsorb stickies in papermaking process. Based on the previous resear- ches, NaOH and PEI were used to purify and modify the absorbent in order to improve the reaction activity of diat- omite. The effect of modified diatomite on the adsorption of the stickies was investigated. The thermodynamic study illustrated that the diatomite adsorption isotherms was fit to the function of Freundlich and Langmuir. Compared with the relative coefficient of the two models above, Freundlich is better than that of the Langmuir. Results re- vealed that the adsorption of the stickies onto the diatomite was physical and endothermic. The increase of tempera- ture is beneficial to the improvement of adsorption effect.
