能源管理信息系统在节能技改评估中的应用——以生活用纸纸机杨克烘缸改造为例

摘要 节能降耗是造纸工业最重要的课题之一。本文以某生活用纸造纸机杨克烘缸的节能改造实践为案例,应用基于制造执行系统的能源管理信息系统,对造纸过程能耗进行监测和分析,并通过在线监测数据评估与验证钢制杨克烘缸的节能性能。应用结果表明,上述系统实现了有效地计划和利用能源。 Energy - saving is one of the most important topic for papermaking industry. This paper takes a case study on Yankee dryer of tissue paper machine. The MES based energy management information system in energy - saving evaluation of technical renovation was applied. The Energy Management Information System (EMIS) moni- tored and analyzed the energy consumption of papermaking process, and using the data from EMIS to evaluate and verify energy- saving performance. Application results showed that this system achieved the purpose of energy planning and utilization effectively.
