对初一学生实施生活技能训练的可行性及省思 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨对初中一年级学生实施生活技能训练的可行性与立即效果,探讨其反应和学习成果,省思教师的教学技能成长。方法选择新北市一所公立中学初中一年级5个班学生,进行为期10周、每周1节课(45分钟),包括社交技巧、沟通技巧、调适愤怒、做出决定、调适焦虑、果决表态、化解冲突、抵抗同伴压力的教学活动,透过访谈、问卷、回馈表、教学日志和学生文件等方式搜集资料,从行动和反思过程不断改进教学,提升学生的学习兴趣与学习效果。结果 (1)课程的教学活动,能提供良好的互动环境,有助于学生社会关系的培养。(2)实施生活技能课程后,弱势学生学习态度明显转为积极、主动,课堂上主动发言或上台演示明显增加。(3)学生对于课程生活化主题与多元教学方法,多正向肯定。(4)课程有助于教师不断反思,改进教学,促进教学专业技能成长。结论生活技能课程教学活动比传统讲述方式教导学生,收效更好。
