On the Inheritance and Innovation of the Core Values of 'Patriotism,Dedication,Honesty and Kindness' to the Traditional Family Education Culture

传统家训文化是中华传统文化的重要组成部分。传统家训文化的思想精华,如"胸怀天下""尽忠报国""诚实守信""仁爱宽容""勤勉""廉正"等,与社会主义核心价值观中公民个人层面的内容——"爱国、敬业、诚信、友善"——相一致,这说明社会主义核心价值观受到了优秀民族文化的滋养,拥有深厚的民族文化底蕴。社会主义核心价值观吸收和借鉴了传统家训文化的思想精华,同时立足于当代中国发展的实际,赋予传统家训文化新的内涵和时代特征。

Traditional family education culture is the most unique part in Chinese traditional culture. It includes such concepts as am- bition, patriotism, diligence, uprightness, honesty, benevolence in accordance with civilian value in modem social society. The social- ist core values absorb and inherit the essence in traditional family education cultural thoughts, at the same time, based on the needs of current China＇s development, gives its new- era characteristics and connotation of innovation.
