摘要
目的:研究丹红注射液联合厄贝沙坦对糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激反应、肾功能损害的影响。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机数表法分为丹红+ARB组和ARB组,分别常规降糖+丹红注射液+厄贝沙坦治疗以及常规降糖+厄贝沙坦治疗。治疗前和治疗后6周时,检测两组血清中肾功能生化指标、血小板活化指标、氧化应激指标的含量。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清中BUN、Cr、β2-MG、Cys-C、PECAM-1、CD62p、PAC-1、MDA、8-OHdG、8-iso-PGF2a的含量较治疗前显著降低,T-AOC、Cu-Zn-SOD、Mn-SOD、GPx-1的含量较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05)且丹红+ARB组患者治疗后血清中BUN、Cr、β2-MG、Cys-C、PECAM-1、CD62p、PAC-1、MDA、8-OHdG、8-iso-PGF2a的含量显著低于ARB组,T-AOC、Cu-Zn-SOD、Mn-SOD、GPx-1的含量显著高于ARB组。结论:丹红注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病能够减轻肾功能损害、改善氧化应激反应。
Objective: To study the effect of Danhong injection combined with irbesartan on oxidative stress and renal function damage in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods= Patients with diabetic nephropathy who were treated in hospi- tal of Minzu University of China were selected, and random number table was used to divide them into Danhong + ARB group and ARB group who received routine hypoglycemic + Danhong injection + irbesartan therapy and routine hypoglycemic + irbesartan therapy respectively. The serum levels of renal function biochemical indexes, platelet activation indexes and oxidative stress indexes of the two groups of patients were detected before and 6 weeks after treatment. Results: After treatment, serum BUN, Cr,β2-MG, Cys-C, PECAM-1, CD62p, PAC-1, MDA, 8-OHdG and 8-iso-PGF2a levels of both groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment while T-AOC, Cu-Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD and GPx-1 levels were significantly higher than those before treatment (P〈Z0.05) and serum BUN, Cr, 132-MG, Cys-C, PECAMq, CD62p, PAC-1, MDA, 8- OHdG and 8-iso-PGF2a levels of Danhong + ARB group after treatment were significantly lower than those of ARB group while T-AOC, Cu-Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD and GPx-1 levels were significantly higher than those of ARB group. Conclusions: Dan- hong injection combined with irbesartan therapy for diabetic nephropathy can reduce renal function damage and improve oxida- tive stress response.
