新能源汽车用低密度灌封胶的制备及性能 被引量:7

摘要 以端乙烯基硅油为基础聚合物,含氢硅油为交联剂,铂配合物为催化剂,三氧化二铝为导热填料,氢氧化铝和氢氧化镁为阻燃填料,制备了新能源汽车锂电池用低密度灌封胶。研究了含氢硅油、导热填料、阻燃填料、铂催化剂、增粘剂和抑制剂的用量对灌封胶性能的影响。结果表明,在基料制备时向100份乙烯基硅油中添加按质量比3∶7复配的粒径4μm和8μm的三氧化二铝150份,氢氧化铝与氢氧化镁按质量比1∶1复配的阻燃填料20份,出料后向100份基料中添加的铂催化剂为4×10^(-6),增粘剂为1份,抑制剂为0.03份,含氢硅油为4份时,制得的灌封胶黏度为3 000 mPa·s,热导率为0.8 W/(m·K),UL94阻燃等级为V-0,密度仅为1.18 g/cm^3,对铝材、不锈钢和ABS有良好粘接性,可满足新能源汽车锂电池的灌封要求。 The low-density of pouring sealants for automotive lithium-ion batteries were prepared by vinyl silicone oil as base polymer, hydro-silicone oil as the crosslinking agent, platinum complexes as catalysts, alu- minium oxide as heat conduction filler, aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide as the flame retardant filler. The effects of hydro-silicone oil, thermal conductive filler, flame retardant filler, platinum catalyst, tackifier and inhibitor on the properties of the sealant were studied. Results show that 150 copies of aluminium oxide( diameter of 4 μm and 8 μm) is added into 100 copies vinyl silicone oil( mass ratio of 3:7 ) , 20 copies of flame retardant filler with compounds of aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide ( mass ratio of 1 : 1 ). After discharge platinum catalyst(4 ×10^-6) is added to 100 copies of the base material, 1 copy of tackifier, 0. 03 copies of inhibitor, 4 copies of hydro-silicone oil, the sealant prepared has the viscosity of 3,000 mPa.s, thermal conductivity of 0.8 W/( m·K), flame retardant UL94 of grade V-0, and the density of 1.18 g/cm^3. It is said to offer good adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel and ABS, which can satisfy the requirements for the lithium batteries' encapsulation on new energy vehicles.
