摘要
测定了低含氢硅油的近红外光谱并建立定量分析模型,开发了一种新的活性氢质量分数测定方法,与传统容量法的测定结果有较好的相关性,校正均方差及偏差满足测试要求。该方法操作简单、分析速度快、污染小,可准确测定低含氢硅油的活性氢质量分数。
A novel NIR method for testing Si--H content in polyhydridosiloxane polymer was developed, with which the predictive model was built and a new analysis method of active hydrogen mass fraction of meth- ylhydrosilicone is developed. The veracity and repetition of NIR was proved by comparing with traditional volu- metric method. NIR method is easy to operate, efficient and pollution'free. It can accurately determine the mass fraction of the active hydrogen in methylhydrosilicone.
