水电工程钻爆法石方开挖人材机耗量测定方法探讨

Discussion on stone excavation labor,material and mechanical consumption measurement method in drilling and blasting method of hydropower projects

人材机耗量测定是一项繁杂、费时、费力的工作,目前相关理论体系相对成熟,但具体的测定方法尚无成熟的经验可供借鉴。本文以某水电工程钻爆法石方开挖(明挖)人材机耗量的测定工作为例,分析总结了现场测定工作的开展步骤、测定部位选择时需考虑的因素、工序划分及动作研究的思路及示例、测定对象梳理的方法及示例、不同类型人材机耗量具体测定方法的选择,以期达到与同仁相互探讨并对后续其他类似现场测定工作起到借鉴作用的目的。

Labor, material and mechanical consumption measurement is a tedious, time-consuming and laborious task. Currently, relevant theoretical system is relatively mature. However, there is no mature experience as reference for specific measurement methods. In the paper, the measurement work of stone excavation （cutting） labor, material and mechanical consumption in one hydropower project is adopted as an example. The steps of site measurement work, factors considered during selection of measurement parts, sequence division, action study thoughts and examples, methods and examples of measurement object sorting, selection of specific measurement methods aiming at different labor, material and mechanical consumption are analyzed and summarized, thereby reaching the purposes of discussing with peers mutually and playing the role of reference for other subsequent similar site measurement work.
