摘要 以降解壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC)及β-环糊精(CD)为原料制备β-环糊精衍生物(HTCC-CD),并对其进行XRD、FTIR表征及固载量的测定。确定降解壳聚糖季铵盐取代度为64.77%,中间体与CD投料比为1∶3.0时,合成的HTCC-CD固载量较高,达21.48μmol/g。将制备的降解壳聚糖季铵盐固载β-环糊精衍生物用于亚麻织物预处理,并采用活性染料染色,占5%(omf)且固载量为21.48μmol/g的HTCC-CD可提高活性染料上染率达55.16%,固色率达70.12%。 β-cyclodextrin derivative (HTCC-CD) is prepared by biodegradable chitosan quaternary ammoni- um salt (HTCC) and β-cyclodextrin (CD). The structure of HTCC-CD is characterized by XRD and FTIR, and load capacity of CD is determined. The degree of substitution of chitosan quaternary ammonium is 64.77%. When the ratio of intermediate to CD is 1:3.0, the load capacity of HTCC-CD is 21.48 μmol/g. The linen dyeing with reactive dyes have dye uptake of 55.16% and fixation rate of 70.12%, when it is pre- treated with 5%(omf) HTCC-CD with 21.48 μmol/g CD load.
