热转移数码印花颜色的影响因素

Factors exerting influence on fabric color in heat transfer digital printing

探讨了生产过程中影响数码热转移印花颜色的因素,包括室内温度、室内湿度、墨水种类、数码纸种类、原布种类、出墨方式,以及转印温度和转印时间等。结果认为,原布种类和转印纸对打印颜色影响较大,在生产过程中要确保规格一致。打印机出墨方式对颜色影响很大,配色时采用显示色曲线出墨方式。转印温度和时间对颜色影响很大,分别控制在210~220℃,20~26 s。室内温度和湿度对颜色影响较小,一般室温在20~26℃,室内湿度40%~60%。

The factors exerting influence on the color of digital heat transfer prints in its productive pro- cess are studied including indoor temperature, humidity, the type of inks, the type of digital paper, the type of raw cloth, the delivery methods of inks, the transfer temperature, the transfer time and so on. The result shows that the type of raw cloth and transfer paper have great influence on printing color, and the specifications must be consistent in the process of production. The ink deliveryway of the print- er has a great influence on the color. The temperature and time of transfer have great influence on col- or, which should be generally controlled at 210-220 ℃ for 20-26 s. indoor temperature and humidity have less influence on color.
