摘要
目的深入剖析区域性文化特质,确定宏观理论框架,围绕文化产业实现文化及文化产业发展双效统一,满足不同地区人民群众对文化产品的特色需求。方法提升文化产品质量,注重创新性,引导人们增强对核心价值观的自信心和践行力,推进实现民众建立核心价值观。由系统性理论逐层切分区域文化特质,结合大量实地调研与考核,基于"大数据"完成区域特色有策略、有目的地融入公共文化服务体系建设。结论对公共文化服务建立宏观体系和微观体系,以实现地区差异性公共文化服务的基础性及侧重性公共文化服务体系建设。
It aims to determine macro theoretical framework by analysis of the regional culture trait, to meet different people's demand for the characteristics of cultural products around the cultural industry to realize culture and cultural in- dustry development. We should improve the quality of cultural products, focus on innovation, guide people to enhance their confidence and practice of core values, and promote the establishment of core values of the people. We should es- tablish a macro system and micro system for public cultural services to achieve the basic and focused public cultural ser- vice system construction of regional differences in public cultural services.
