摘要从一件连铸结晶器专利无效案例谈起，详细分析了该案的无效宣告过程，基于该分析，给出了企业面对专利无效宣告时的一些应对策略。 This paper detailed analyzes the patent invalid declaration process of the case from a continuous casting mold patent invalidation case. Based on the analysis, this paper also gives some preventive strategies for coping with patent invalidation.
