南钢Q370qE的开发

摘要 介绍了南钢开发试制Q370qE高速铁路桥梁板的情况。通过包晶钢的化学成分设计以及相关的冶炼、连铸、轧制及热处理工艺,成功生产出符合桥梁用特殊要求的钢板。生产结果表明:试制的Q370qE桥梁板的化学成分和各项性能均满足用户要求,伸长率和冲击韧性较好,伸长率达30%,-40℃冲击试验冲击功达到120J。 The development of high-speed railway bridge structural steel Q370qE in Nan Steel were introduced. This special bridge using steel, whose chemical composition designed in peritectic range, were produced by suitable smelting, casting, rolling and heat treatment process. Results showed that the properties and chemical composition of Q370qE in Nan Steel met the requirements of the users. In particular, elongation ratio and low temperature impact toughness were better, the elongation ratio reached 30%, and impact toughness at -40 ℃ reached 120 J.
