摘要 作为工业实践中最重要的一种传感器,压力变送器在石油行业得到了广泛的应用,而且随着技术的发展,压力变送器的应用领域也越来越广阔。压力变送器可以实现对气体、液体等压力信号的转换,将其转换为4~20mA的电流信号,二次仪表就可以进行测量、指示和调节。目前我国压力变送器的发展比较成熟,在工业中取得了良好的应用效果,但是在实际生产中仍然遇到各种各样的问题,不利于生产的正常运行。压力变送器的诊断和维护是一项重要的工作,只有正确使用和维护压力变送器才能确保设备的长期稳定运行。主要介绍了压力变送器的工作原理,讨论了压力变送器的故障分析方法,最后提出了压力变送器故障诊断维修的几种方法。 Pressure transmitter as a kind of important transmitter in industrial practice is widely used in petroleum industry. With development of technology, the field in which pressure transmitter is used is wider and wider. Pressure signals of gas , liquid and so on are converted by pressure transmitter into current signals of 4-20 mA which can be measured and indicated and adjusted by secondary instrument. At present, the development of pressure transmitter is more mature and good application effects of pressure transmitter are obtained in industry, however, various problems arise in practice and impede normal production. Diagnosis and maintenance of pressure transmitter are important work, it is correct use and maintenance of pressure transmitter that can make sure long-term and stable operation of equipment. In this article, the working principle of pressure transmitter is mainly introduced, fault analyzing measures are discussed and several methods about fault diagnosis and maintenance of pressure transmitter are put forward at last.
