污泥稳定中多环芳烃的分析及生态风险评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对污泥生态稳定化系统的试验场地的9个采样点进行采集,运用柱层析法对污泥中PAHs进行纯化,GC-MS测定PAHs含量,并用异构体比值法对污泥的来源进行分析。结果表明,16种PAHs的含量范围为0.311~4.1610mg·kg^(-1)并以4~6环为主,占∑PAHs的61.6~78.5%。PAHs来源以石油燃烧为主,其次为煤和生物质燃烧,。苯并[a]芘的毒性当量浓度(TEQBap)评估法表明,TEQBap16为0.236~0.714mg·kg^(-1),7种致癌PAHs的毒性当量浓度TEQBap致癌的范围为0.234~0.708mg·kg^(-1),占TEQBap16的99%以上,显示出很强的致癌风险。
