糖活性酶的研究及应用进展

摘要 糖类广泛存在于生物体中,种类繁多且结构多变,参与大量的生物反应,其结构的多样与糖活性酶有着密切的关系,本文对各种糖活性酶的研究及应用进展进行综述。
